Microsoft is releasing a new Redstone 4 build, number 17017, for Insiders on Fast Ring (independently you are on Skip Ahead or not). There are some new features announced and bug fixes. ISOs for this build can be found below.

Cortana collections
Cortana now gathers things you are interested in, for example, books, movies, etc and organizes them all into organized lists.

Improved actions between Cortana and Action Center
Cortana insights and recomendations live outside Action Center, which raises confusion among users. Therefore, Microsoft is changing this and Cortana's proactive content is migrating to Action Center. This also allows to improve Cortana's interface.
Startup settings
With UWP apps supporting to launch after user log-in, Microsoft created a new page on Settings (Apps > Startup) that let's you customize which applications (Win32 or UWP) can run when Windows starts.
