Microsoft is pushing another build, 16296, for Insiders on Fast Ring. This is another minor update with only three fixes. You can find ISOs on the bottom page.
This was expected to be the RTM build, but the appearance of watermark and expiration date denies that possibility. Therefore, we can expect more builds next week. With Fall Creators Update scheduled for 17th October, next week we should finally get the RTM, but this sort of things can change due last minute bugs.
