What's new?
I couldn't spot any changes. There's no official changelog at the moment for this major version 17.8600. Perhaps, there are no new features or UI changes, only under the hood work, but an official changelog might be available on the following days.

This update is available for Insiders on Release Preview. I don't know if it is available for phones, as all my devices are enrolled on Fast Ring. As for PCs, even if you are on Skip Ahead, there's no update.
