Microsoft is now working on the preview of September 2017 feature update for Office mobile apps.

Below you can download the APPX and sideload it on your phone. I decided to not upload the files for PCs because I don't see anybody downloading them on previous releases. In case you are interested, leave a comment.

Note: PowerPoint app didn't receive the 17.8521 version update. Therefore, the zip file only contains APPX for Excel and Word.
