- Resize panes: This was introduced previously, but the pane listing emails allows a wider size.

The update is only available for phones on Fast Ring, it seems. I can't get this new major
version on PCs enrolled on Fast Ring (with Skip Ahead).
Update: The update is now available for Phones and PCs on all Insider rings.
