Windows 10 Build 16237 flights to Insiders - Download ISO

Microsoft is releasing a new Windows 10 build, 16237, for PCs enrolled on Fast Ring. You can download ISO bellow on this page. This update includes Edge enhancements such more Read Aloud support, Notifications UI tweaks and improvements on Action Center, more Emoji Panel changes, and more!

What's new?

Microsoft Edge

Windows team expanded the Read Aloud feature and fixed some bugs.

  • Read aloud web pages: You can now read out loud any web page with word and line highlighting features.
  • Read aloud PDFs: The feature is also coming for PDF files.
  • Share UI: The Share UI now launches under Share button instead of screen center, and supports Edge theme instead of System theme.
  • Animation: When you add a new website to your favorites, there's a new animation.

Windows Shell

  • DPI: You no longer need to log-out when trying to fix blurry desktop apps. Windows team improved the mechanism and you only have to relaunch apps in order to have them render crisply.
  • Notification buttons: Notification buttons now span across the notification, instead of being right-justified.
  • Replaced 'X' button: When you see a notification banner on the desktop, on the top right side you have an 'x' button, which pushes it to Action Center. That 'x' caused some confusion, so Microsoft replaced it with a right-side arrow.
  • Easier to take actions: Action buttons are very useful on action center. Now, the first notification in each notification group will automatically expand. When you had multiple notifications on a group you had to expand each individually to reach the buttons.

Notifications color: Notifications badges for contacts pinned now match the theme colors, unless you didn't opt to show color in Start, Action Center, and other system places.

Emoji Panel

  • Emoji 5.0: Emoji Panel now supports the latest emoji version, 5.0.
  • Tooltips: If you hover an emoji it will show a tooltip with the exact Unicode character name. Tooltips also show on categories buttons.

Input improvements

Windows team did further improvements for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel.

Game mode

  • New icon: On the Game bar, you will notice Game Mode icon is updated.

Task Manager

GPU monitor updates: There are some UI changes and more information such DirectX version and physical location. Also, only hardware GPUs will be listed.

Download ISOs

You can select the edition/achitecture for the ISO you want, and then click the button to download. All ISOs are English (en-US) and use install.esd for smaller ISOs sizes.
