Skype is getting a major update. The new version 11.19.805 includes UI changes, Share support, and more. The update is only available for users on Creators Update enrolled on Release Preview ring, however, you can find the APPX below and install it on Windows 10 devices.
What's new?
- The hamburger menu was removed, and everything was inside of it was moved to sidebar's top. Skype now uses a lot of dialogs instead of navigation through pages. User profile, settings, about, dial pad, etc. shows as dialogs, which looks good on large screens.
- The second very welcome and requested change is Share support, integrating the Windows 10 sharing system.
