Today, 11th May, is the second day of Microsoft's developer conference, //BUILD. In addition to a lot of great announcements, the company is also releasing a new build for Insiders on Fast Ring. The new build number is 16193 and you can download ISO's below.

Power Throttling changes
Remember Power Throttling improvements announced at build 15002 and finally introduced at build 16176? Well, there is a minor update... On task manager, the column changed from Background Moderated to Power Throttling. Want to know more about this feature? Check the Windows Blog.
Volume Controls
Finally, you can controls the volume on apps from Store and individual tabs on Edge. The apps will only appear when they start playing sounds.
What's improved and fixed?

Microsoft this time is providing the ISO's. It hasn't officially announced them, but you can download at TechBench by adguard, which allows you to generate direct download links. Full credits to @adguard.
