Today, Microsoft is pushing new builds for Insiders on Fast Ring. For PC, the new build number is 16188 and for phones 15210. This release brings some welcome changes. It seems Microsoft will start working on features on next releases after under the hood engineering work. As always, check below for ISO’s 😊
What’s new?
As I mentioned on the introduction, this release brings some changes for PC users.Edge features for PDF files
- Forms: You can now fill, save and print Forms directly from Edge.
- Annotations: The Web Notes feature, that basically lets you ink, highlight, etc., web pages on Edge and save on OneNote was extended to PDF’s. It seems that you can save those annotations directly on the PDF. If that’s true, that’s great in my opinion because it will fit overall users need. Why install third-party software and Edge can do the job, right? I like that.
- Table of Contents: FINALY! This is extremely useful on long documents. You can easily jump between sections defined by the PDF author.
- Viewing and navigation improvements: You can now rotate your pdf’s documents for a better readability. In addition, you can adjust the layout to switch from one page to two sided pages. Finally, you can enable continuous scrolling.
Windows Defender Application Guard
This feature was announced on last September and is now available for Enterprise users on Fast Ring. You can know more about this Edge feature here.New Windows Insider Program Icon
A little bit of humor here. Windows Insider Program icon is now the ninja cat 😝 You can see the new icon on Settings > Update & Security.Cortana settings have merged into Settings app
All the Cortana settings, that you could find on Cortana’s flyout, are now a main section on Settings app.

What's fixed and improved?
- Changes, improvements, and fixes for PC
- We've fixed an issue resulting in the candidate window not appearing when typing in certain apps when using Simplified Chinese IMEs or the Changjie and Quick IMEs
- We fixed an issue where explorer.exe would crash and restart if you tapped any of the apps listed in the Windows Ink Workspace’s Recent Apps section.
- Double-clicking the Windows Defender Security Center icon in the notification area will now open Windows Defender Security Center.
- Universal dismiss of Cortana reminders is now enabled across Windows devices on this build or higher. To learn more about universal dismiss and how apps can enable it check out our blog post here.
- Localized apps on localized x64 Windows 10 Insider Preview builds will now work. We believe this will also address the issue some Insiders were reporting where the Open and Save dialogs weren’t opening in certain desktop (Win32) apps.
- We fixed an issue resulting in decreased Action Center reliability in recent flights.
- We fixed an issue with the Chinese Pinyin IME where typing a sequence of characters beginning with ‘hu’ into certain apps would result in an unexpected delay before the candidate window updated to reflect the current composition.

Check the table below and download the ISO you want. Check the edition and architecture.The ISO's were uploaded by @Lyraull, he was much quicker than me, so I just gave up to upload my ISO's. 😁
Note: My ISO's use install.esd, therefore they are considerably lighter than these, which use standard install.wim. Hope this is not a problem for you, but if it is, let me know and I upload my ISO's.
