OneNote Universal App got a major update yesterday, 8th May. This update is only available for Insiders (Fast Ring, it seems) for phones and PC's. Below you can see what's new and instructions to download the app.
What's new?
The new app version is 17.8241.57512.0.The only announced change is aboutCopying/moving pages is now easier. You can now right-click or hold a page, cut it, and paste it wherever you want.This might make it easier to organize your Notebooks, instead of using the actual Move/Copy function.- You can run multiple OneNote windows.
- You can choose which navigation panes you want to keep open.
- You can give nicknames to your notebooks and pick a color.
- In case you have an unread page, notebook/section/page names will get a bold text. If you right click on the page you can set as read/unread.
- With this release, you can add meeting details (Insert < Meeting Details)
- You can now use Send to OneNote to print to OneNote for Windows 10 from any app. (Note: it seems Send to OneNote is not available on Store at the moment)
- Page versions
- Select multiple pages to move, copy or delete them all at once.

If you are not an Insider and want to try this new update, you can download the APPX below.Update: On 14th May, OneNote app got a minor update. There's no changelog nor visible changes, so this update it's likely to only include bug fixes.

This single package works on phones and PC's. It also should work on other supported devices such HoloLens, but I can't test it.
To install the app, the steps are similar on PC's and Mobile phones, however the experience is different since on mobile there is no UI progress to show you installation progress, which is a shame.
