Groove app was one of the first apps to get Fluent Design, formerly known as Neon Project. On the last update it got hover effects on the menus, but today the hamburger menu got a transparent layer and blur effect. In addition there is another visible change and new feature. This new version is 10.17042.1281 and it's only available for Insiders.
What's new?
- As mentioned above, the app got a acrylic hamburger menu, as part of Fluent Design guidelines.
- In addition, the album arts are a bit smaller, which is a nice change for smaller screens.
- You can let Groove get a better idea about your musical tastes and get more accurate recommendations. You can select artists and genres. This is part of Groove Music Pass features and you can try it on Recommended or on Settings > Tell us what you like.
