Microsoft is releasing a new build for Insiders on Fast Ring, for both Mobile and PC. The new build number is 15063 and you can download ISO files on the bottom.
The Redstone 2, or also known as ‘Creators Update’, should sign off some when this week. It is still unknown if this is RTM or it’s just another Release Candidate, the 4th since build 15058. There is nothing new on this build, as expected, besides bug fixes and improvements. It’s a matter of days till Microsoft found a build that meets their criteria for RTM.
The changelog for this build is already available on Windows Blogs. There are some known issues that you might be aware of, essentially related with Language Packages and Windows Update errors. Also, there is an upgrade path issue where if you are running 'Anniversary Update' builds, or Redstone 1 if you want, you won’t get this build straight forward. You will first get an earlier build and then 15063. The upgrade path issues seem to be fixed on PC.
Update: This build is also flighting to Slow Ring. Moreover, build 15063 seems indeed the RTM, but if Microsoft finds some last minute bug we might get another build. The reason why 15063 is pointed as RTM for 'Creators Update' is because Microsoft is working on a upgrade assistant for this major update, that leaked, and it mentions the upgrade from 14393 to build 15063.
